MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Verification done through hiring process including references, copies of certificates and interviews)

1. Effective written & verbal communication skills

2. Able to maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance

3. Motivated and able to follow instructions of QC Supervisor / Plant Manager

4. Education in Chemistry and/or experience in chemical analysis is an asset but not mandatory

5. Calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory test equipment is an asset but not mandatory.

6. Able to work in warm to hot, humid environment where chemicals are used for coating / plating of parts.

7. Able to interpret work instructions for chemical analysis and calibration.
