Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing orders via ERP software
- Responding to customer inquiries, over the phone and email
- Ensure orders are entered, processed, invoiced and shipped accurately and on time
- Entering billing information to prepare invoicing, making adjustments as required
- Processing daily payments
- Entering and issuing purchase orders
- Ability to track and manage purchase orders
- Assisting in the set-up of new accounts
- Familiarization of yourself with our complete product line

Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist customers with orders in a friendly, courteous manner.
· Verify accuracy of pricing, order minimums, and delivery dates.
· Maintain knowledge of customer needs and update customer profiles.
· Provide product information and up-sell any related products.
· Process payments following company payment policies.
· Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
· Maintain detailed knowledge of our products.
· Perform administrative duties as required.
