We are currently seeking a Fork Lift Operator in the , Mississauga Area

Overview

As a Shipper-Receiver you must be a hard working, team focused, organized, customer service oriented individual who prides him/herself on a job well done. You will be looking after customer orders while performing shipping and receiving duties in the warehouse . The position is physically demanding and you must be able to work at a fast pace.

The following are the job requirements:

1. Read and write English
2. Communicate production requirements to production personnel
3. Fork lift experience would be an asset
4. 1 years’ experience in a shipper/receiver position
5. Complete paperwork and ship packages.
6. Receive incoming packages, perform inspections of goods received, and route material to correct department.
7. Maintain inventory
8. General tasks within the shipping/receiving area.

Qualifications: Experience

• 1 years shipping/receiving experience
• 1 months years forklift experience

Skills

• Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Critical thinking, Computer use
• Computer skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work well with others

Working Conditions:

• Within walking distance of public transportation
• Warehouse setting
• noise level is usually moderate
• CSA approved steel toes with metatarsal guards required

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours a week
